Thank you for a really nice stay. It is a fantastic property located in Centro district next to a private beach with a private bar and a private message tent, and the beach club. The hotel provided a good customer service during our trip. Overall, there is free Wi-Fi throughout the property.

The unit could use some TLC-furniture looked dated and lacked character!!! Towel supply was limited, quite disappointing. Having no hand soap or additional kitchen items felt neglected.

We enjoyed our time lounging by the gorgeous pool and soaking in the hot tub, both perfect spots to unwind after a busy day. There’s a lovely beach access, but we did notice the towels were limited, which was a minor inconvenience. I recommend packing a few extras just in case! 🌴

All was perfect, but wedding noise occasionally disrupted our peace.

The penthouse condo was super spacious and clean, with 2.5 baths and a private rooftop jacuzzi. You could hear the ocean waves from the large deck, and the view was fine. Miguel was super helpful, always available for anything we needed, like finding nail services. Great private beach, too!

This place was just a fitting option for shopping in Playa del Carmen with the best value for money ratio. The room had plenty of drinking water stocked up, a nice touch for our stay. Be sure to bring some extra towels for the beach.

This hotel is good, and has fast wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a private beach. I remember the staff helping me find my lost ID card on my first stay. Highly recommend enjoying the rooftop hot tub. I'm definitely coming back!

The room was spacious and clean with a huge terrace right next to the pool. It felt really nice having lots of drinking water and some basic ingredients available. The view from the apartment was fantastic. The music played late into the night, which kind of killed the vibe sometimes. The cleaning service wasn't what I expected-I was hoping for more frequent cleanings.

I recently stayed at a great hotel in Playa del Carmen, perfect for those looking to escape big resorts. The hotel had a family condominium feel, with a private beach just across the street. The rooms were spacious and had a complete kitchen. There were also plenty of great restaurants and stores nearby. I would definitely book this hotel again!

We had a fantastic stay at The Elements with a spacious condo, equipped with all the essentials. The gym facility had a amazing view and great equipment. Miguel, the contact person, was always available and addressed all our concerns promptly. His recommendations made our two-week stay in Playa del Carmen enjoyable. The beach club area was a great place for relaxation, and Miguel even arranged a very affordable and relaxing massage for us. we had a wonderful time and would recommend The Elements for families with kids.

From start to finish, our Christmas stay was amazing! We were warmly greeted and shown around the property. The panoramic view from our penthouse was breathtaking and we enjoyed meals on our two patios. The location was close to excellent restaurants and a variety of activities. We also loved the modern furnishings and the amenities such as fast wifi, Netflix, and expanded TV channels.

Our stay was not without its issues. The property was dirty upon arrival and required several hours of cleaning.
